Our Story
Green Valley provides professional lawn care services in Montgomery Township and the greater Princeton area, including Skillman, Belle Mead, Princeton, Hillsborough, Hopewell, and Pennington. In 2002, Richard Mercurio left the corporate world and founded the company after discovering a love for landscaping through a Master Gardener program. Richards 'why' was he always wanted to help people, and saw the need where the community needed help with their lawn and landscapes.
When Gavin and his father Charles joined the company, they brought decades of landscaping experience and a shared commitment to Rich’s vision. Together, they have nurtured Green Valley into a team focused entirely on caring for yards and gardens, creating spaces where families can relax, kids can play freely, and dogs can run safely in Montgomery Township and the greater Princeton area for more than 25 years.
